Database logon incomplete or incorrect.

I have created a crystal report (XI) which includes a sub report and they use shared parameters.
The report runs fine on my machine but when I upload it to Crystal Report Server it gives me
the following error
"The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. "
I have similar reports on Report server with same connection (ODBC) and they run fine.

I think the problem is caused by sub-report
Can you please help?

Hi George,

Did you also set the logon info for the subreport in the properties of the report in the CMC?

I'm moving this to the BOE forum also since the report works in CR Designer and only an issue in CRS.

Yes, I did set up logon properties on the sub report

Try creating that ODBC connection the server where the BOE or Crystal server resides

I have the same ODBC connection on that server for my other reports.
The other reports don't have sub report. That is the only difference.
In fact, I made a copy and removed the subreport and the report works with that ODBC connection
