This is a pretty complicated question, but I would start by reading the SAP documentation at the site below:

Or you can google a statement like "Implement Barcode for SAP ITS" and it will bring back a ton of information.

Hi,
There is nothing called Barcode Implementation for SAP ITS. Barcode scanner/ Scan Gun whether you connect it to an RF device or to your system will scan the barcode and reflects the data to anyinput field on the screen. Only thing you need to worry about is, if you are printing labels from SAP system, then you need to set up Printers, Barcode Types and how to use them in you SMARTFORMS.
