We are using Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) to enter hours against receiving WBS Element.
Infotypes attendances (2002) is updated with hrs and WBS element posted through CAT2 against the receiveer WBS element.
While using CAT7 to transfer data to CO i am geting message "No data for transfer"
Payroll is working fine and payslip is getting generate without any error.
We would like to post salary cost amounts to receiver WBS entered in CAT2 screen while entering there attendances.
Standard cost distribution infotype (0027) is not enough since it is static. Employees time sheet are entered with different attendance hours and reveiver WBS element every day.
We would like to know if there is standard SAP solution to distribute also on cost amounts to different WBS elements entered in CATS.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated!

It is happening for all records recorded for emplyee.
CAT4 and CAT6 is not required to rum manually as in profile i had done setting for the data w/o approval and release imidiatelly after saving.
Can i know the Data transfer combinations used for transfer. This might be because of the combination too.
It might be due to the fact that these records are not transferred since the personnel number is locked...
Here is more infos ...
"In case that you have set the option direct transfer to HR, the records requires no approval and is supposed to be directly transfered to HR. This happens directly in the CAT2 logic where the records are already selected and the checks against employee lock is done in the second step.
If there is an employee locked in HR, the transfer is not succesful and the record will not be updated in the interface table as there is no transfer with corresponding STATU2/3. Unfortunately there is no log for reporting on this "issue" . The employee, the manager or the time administrator have no idea if the record is transfered or not. So you should schedule the transfer report to run during the "night", in batch with the option repeat transfer or check the interface table for the status.
Starting the transfer report, due performance reasons, this will check first if the selected employees are not locked. For all employees that are not locked, the report will select the entries from the interface table.
The transfer report started via CAT6/CATA or SE38 is optimized for mass transfers of CATS data in comparison with the transfer functionality in the profile where are not so much records transfered at once.
As there is a log after the job is finished, the time administrator have the chance to see if there were some problems with employees locked.
