hi SAP Gurus
Where and How to find multi country implementation Through Best practices for IS-Chemicals
ie through BC-Sets activation, Becoz we have implemented IS-Chemicals for one country (US) if Client is having operations in India also what should we do. Any additional scenarios we have to do for that Please Provide me the solution Rewards will be awarded.

You have to use GlobalASAP methodology to do this plus Country India business (legal and Statutory requirements.

Hi Shekhar,
thanks for your question around Best Practice Chemicals implementation.
To your information there is no additional SAP IS Chemicals solution. All Chemical industry spedific business processes are part of SAP standard solutions.
Coming back to your question to roll out your implementation to other countries:
(I asume you used Best Practice Chemicals for your implementation)
You set up your business processes with Best Practice Chemicals and defined your template for US based on US legal requirements. If you want to transfer these business template to India you have to adopt the legal requirements for India. This process is called localization.
Today we provide localized versions based on ERP 6.0 (Version 1.603) for Germany, US, India, China, Russia and France. All other country versions can be set up additionally bringing together the industry Best Practice Chemicals with the country based baseline.
Customer like AZ Electronics or Archimica did this implementation approach and you can find these information under SAP references.
If you would like to give me some more details we can discuss further on steps in more detail.
