Hi ,
We have observed some of the Commitment Codes / Fund Centers are allowed to post transactions even without have a budget alloted .
If you go and check the T> Code > FR04 : Payment Budget for the particular Financial Year , It is showing Blank but if you see Annual Budget Overview , it is showing the some value . We have following queries on the above subject cited , Please throw some light on
1. where we can we see the values assigned the particular Commitment Code / Fund Center ?
2 . What could be the reasons , system allowed to post the transactions even without budget ?
3. How to rectify the same .
Note : We have implemented Former Budgeting .

Hi,
You might need reconstruct AVC by the following transactions:
FMBV - Assigned
FM9P - Distributed
Budget could be viewed by any relevant former budget report...

Hi!
Do you have any Funds Centre (parent Funds Centres) which have been excluded from Funds Checking ? Please check against Transaction Code : OF23.
|
