Is there anyway to send chapter 11 data (SPEC 2000 Order Administrations XML Module) using SAP PI ?

We are looking for something that can package the data from SAP to XML/SOAP format to be sent to external parties

Would be helpful if links could be provided in this matter.

We know this option exists with SAP A&D, but we are not looking at this currently.
