Hi:

I've created an object package in the CMC composed of 3 crystal reports. The output format for all three is EXCEL. The destination is a single email address. When I run the package it creates 3 separate emails, each containing one of the reports. Is there a way to schedule it to produce one email containg all 3 EXCEL files?

Thanks!

Have you tried an publication rather than an object package. This is available from BO XI 3.0 onwards

I am having the same issue, running 2 reports within a single package and trying to send them within 1 email but it sends as two emails. How do you setup a publication? I am using Crystal Server 2008. Thanks

Apparently Crystal Server does not support this as it seems per the response from SAP Engineering below. I requested an enhancement in the future to allow this type of function but have yet to hear back on that specific part of the request.

The behavior of an objects package schedule , send reports from an objects package each as an email attachment is default.

It is designed so such that if any of the pertaining reports fails upon scheduling, it would still deliver the reports that are successfully scheduled.

Please let me know if you have any further queries.
