what are the mandatory fields while entering the stationary expenses.

Cost Element (G/L Account) and Cost Object (Cost center/WBS/Network/IO)

Hi Ramesh,

All expenses you should select any cost object. later you can take a report by cost object wise expenses details.

select GL master date and enter the field status group G004 or any other mandatory object FSG.

Cost Object is the mandatory thing. Other would depend on your business requirements.
