I am getting the following error while starting the JSPM.

I have checked the file /sapmnt/CRT/global/security/data/SecStore.properties

but it does not contain the entry admin/user/CRT.

How can we resolved this error.

Have you checked JSPM logs ?

Also, what is your system release ?

Hello Sunny,

Yes, its the log from the JSPM.

Our release is 700.

Try to start JSPM again. And the paste latest complete log in /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/j2ee/JSPM/log

Could not find a record with key "admin/user/CRT


Did you change youe secure store recently?? Wht is this CRT. Please make sure that you are login to system with SIDadm to start JSPM.

Do you have correct data in SecStore.properties file? You may want use config tool for these settings.

Hi Anthony ,

Wow JSPM_PROCESS_1_01.LOG. It looks like your JSPM is 4 or more years old (7.0 SP6 at most). The most recent version at SAP SMP is SP20.
So may be it would be a good idea to update JSPM to more recent version first. If JSPM doesn't do the trick - use SDM remote GUI.

About com.sap.security.core.server.secstorefs.SecStoreFS error. It looks like there is something off at secure store.
Could you please open it (secstore) with confiog tool and check its content?
There should be properties like:
admin/user/<SID> - on double stack j2ee_admin and your system is double-stack as far as I can see
admin/host/<SID> - central instance hostname
admin/password/<SID> - password for J2EE admin user
and some more concerning JDBC driver settings.

Hello Vasil Dimitranov , Yes i had checked the Secure store and the following entries were missing admin/user/ admin/password/ I added both these entry and restarted the processes. The JSPM started working fine. *Thank you ALL.* Now during th patch upgraded(some patches were installed ) in between there was some error and i had to restart the java processes . But now the dispatcher process is not comming up. Hi Anthony,

Which patches/components were applied on your system? Did the error happened in the middle of deployment (incomplete deployment causing the current issue)? What are source/target releases of your system?
Is J2EE starting after partial update at all?
The error at default trace could be related to JVM settings. Have you checked note 723909 "Java VM settings for J2EE 6.40/7.0";

Hello Vasil Dimitranov ,

Yes , the error occured in the middle of the deployement.
The source stack is 700 sp04 (CRM 5.0)and the target stack we are going is 700 sp15.

The server0 and SDM is starting but the dispatcher is stopped. and so is the JSPM not going ahead.

Do i need to implement the whole snote 723909.

Is not there any othere way to go on.

Hi Anthony,

What do you have at dev_dispatcher logs at <CI>/work directory?
Default traces are just too detailed and real issue could be buried in lots of log info.

Hello Vasil,

Thanks for the support, i was able to start the dispatcher. I followed the SAP Note 723909 and done some Heap memory changes. And it worked.Had to do lots of trial and error method.
