Can anyone help me find the fields where I can see the 'reasons for final bill being not issued'?

Can you invoice the account and see what the error log says?

This actually is for a func.spec. My client wants to know the reasons for the'Final Bill Being Not Issued' for the inactive customers. Here inactive means those who have moved-out due to various reasons.
