Hi Experts,

When I import any Excel file into Xcelsius I can no longer add or remove spreadsheet tabs. But before importing the spreadsheet I can create new tabs in Xcelsius.

I'm using Xcelsius Enterprise 2008. Version 5.2.1.0. Build 12,2,1,66.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Hi,

Use the keyboard shortcut to insert new worksheet (Shift+F11)
Keep the cursor anywhere inside the existing sheet and try this.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this didn't work either. I'm considering re-installing... :(

The strange thing is that when I open Xcelsius files that other people have created I can insert tabs, but if I export the embedded Excel sheet and re-import it the fucntionality is gone.

Andrew -

Were you able to find any acceptable solutions? (I also tried they keyboard shortcut with no luck)

What version/service pack are you using, and do you believe that could be the issue?

Hi Andrew and Darrell,

It may be that the embedded Excel workbook has been locked whilst in Xcelsius, have a look at this thread to see if it helps: http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1480563

Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. Haven't got round to re-installing and updating with the new SPs and Fix Packs yet either.
