how can call user instance ,but new instance?
xcelsius call liveoffice , liveoffice call crystal report, i call new instance,
I want to call a user instance, not new instance ?

pls help

Hi

In your Live Office Refresh Options you can specify the Latest Instance scheduled by <user name>

But when view Dashboard on BOE , It will call last instance .

I Added connection in dashboard ,and Set "refresh on load"

Sounds like you need to select the specific instance in your Live Office Refresh Options.

Right click on your LiveOffice data, select LiveOffice > Refresh Options

Select the specific instance run by your user from the list.

First ,I Set Refresh option as you do.
Add "Data Connection" in Dashboard ,and set refresh option "refresh on load"

when view Dashboard ,It will call then new instance

it will call newest instance
