IT0709 missing from sap personnel numbers

Hi All ,
I have found out that we have several sap personnel numbers in P23 missing IT0709, would you happen to know howcome this is possible?
Please let us know the cause and solution of this issue.

IT709 gets created automatically.Check the integration table T77S0. CCURE group

CCURE PIDGN 2 Generation Rule PERSONID
CCURE PIDSL Selection with PERSONID

Hi ,
I have checked this table and these values CCURE PIDGN 2 Generation Rule PERSONID
CCURE PIDSL Selection with PERSONID are alredy there in production.
Could you please what next has to be done.

HI,
If its getting missed out for few cases, then it could be a data issue. Pls check the PERNR once again......
Also if ur doing it for the 1st time use this report HR_CE_GENERATE_PERSONID_EXT

I want to overwrite or update the previous record in IT0709.
Could you please tell if there is any report to do that .

Hi,
You can use this report HR_CE_GENERATE_PERSONID_EXT there is option to overwrite existing Person IDs.

Thanks for reply. I alredy coose that option even then person id is not getting overwrite with the present one.

Check the message if the successful number is 0 0r 1

The successful number is 1
The selected personnel number is 1
The rejected personnel number is 1.
Please advise how to proceed further.

Hi ,
I am using this report HR_CE_GENERATE_PERSONID_EXT for overwriting the person id.
But in two cases I got the error " Personid_ext is same with Pernr 50189244". and I am not able to overwrite the person id with the correct one.
Kindly help me in this issue . What is the root cause of this error.
Please help .
