The Account Overview is not showing Cases...

When in the Account Overview the Service Ticket, IR's and refund orders are displayed, but Cases are not. What controls whether Cases are displayed for this overview?.
We wish to display a full Case history for the business partner when in Account overview transaction.
Also, an Overview only displays a certain number of days (20), whereas we want to display the complete history, especially when the issue is spread across more days than are defaulted for, which happens frequently.

Hello Jason,
Plesae check the note 1095799 and try to get the VIEW of Component
CRMCMP_CMG that you want to see in the BP_HEAD/BPHeadOverview .

Gerhard,
Many thanks for pointing me to the OSS Note. However, I am a little confused having read it, mainly because it mentions that transaction types of 'Leads', 'Sales Orders', 'Quotations' and 'Sales Agreements' are missing but can be added, but there's no mentioned of 'Cases', or perhaps I am being slow today?.
At present our Account Overview shows Interaction records, Refund orders and Service Tickets, and I need to add a new window/view (I believe) to show this information for Cases. Would this OSS note therefore cover such a task?.
Also, with the current transaction types being displayed, only 30 days of history is displayed, whereas I need to show ALL the history as queries sometimes span across more than 30 days. Do you know if this is possible?.

It would seem that a if you want any of the standard transaction types, like Activities (AC), Interaction History (IH), Leads (LE), Opportunities (OP), Quotations (QU), Sales Agreements (SA) or Sales Orders (SO) then this OSS note may do what I want, but, as I'm attempting to add 'Case' details to this Account Overview I may need to do a little more bespoke work and customise the view. Has anyone ever done anything like this before?.
