Transport error: Invalid object reference

in the Environment where I have installed BOE XIR2 occurs with a frequencia of 20 in 20 minutes alerts of emergency of the following services: AADashboard, AArules, AAanalitycs, Would like to know as to decide this problem? therefore after some time server CMS it falls
error in windows server 2003: 34700
Transport error: Invalid object reference

Hi Graziano,
Usually a transport error indicates something is wrong with communication between services. However we are missing a lot of needed information in order to know what is going on here:
1. What is happening when this error start happening? Are you running under heavy load? Is there no load on the servers?
2. You said that the CMS fails - that would imply that something has gone wrong with it - what are you doing on your systems? Are you viewing dashboards, analytic reports?
3. How long after this error starts happening does the CMS fail?
You might want to try tracing the CMS to see if the log files give you anything. You can enable tracing by adding -trace to the startup command for the CMC. (Go into the Central Configuration Manager, stop the CMS, right click on it and select properties, add -trace to the end of the command, restart the CMS)

I do not know, the system I am very great, I do not know as to identify the action that makes the error to ocrrer
He has without load in the servers?
yes
2) yes, the users view dashoboards
3) ok, configured.
how I make to see what it was tracked?
after varios warning cms falls, then after I have that it restarts it
how to decide this error of transport between services?

I believe 34700 are warnings not errors. It pretty common for them to appear in logs in all XIR2 installations. They usually don't correspond to any real problem. If the CMS is failing you should be looking for errors in the CMS logs. adding -trace to the CMS. To note this tracing is very intrusive and not recommended on production systems.

Hi Gzofera,
Troubleshooting/tracing the CMS or any parts of the product is considered outside the scope of these forums. If you have an issue that involces in depth troubleshooting we would recommend opening an incident with support to get an engineer assigned and work the issue.
Do you have a current support agreement?

You can enter a case with SAP but likely they will blow you off too the way they are me. They say Transport Errors are not a problem for the program. When you get thousands of them daily I feel it is an issue. Jobs are cancelled, performance is hindered and all kinds of different issues arise.

You can enter a case with SAP but likely they will blow you off too the way they are me. They say Transport Errors are not a problem for the program. When you get thousands of them daily I feel it is an issue. Jobs are cancelled, performance is hindered and all kinds of different issues arise.
